Error with Reports PBodyQ — Jan 14, 2019 01:17PM PST

Hi,

I have tried to run several reports but they are not being delivered to my email address. Is this functionality currently down? If so, when will it be restored?

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble. We are currently investigating an issue which is causing users to not receive Exports with the All Time option selected. So far users are reporting that they are getting them when selecting another timeframe option. Please let us know if your experience is different. Again, apologies for the inconvenience and we’ll do what we can to get things back to normal as soon as possible. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention and especially your patience as we’re looking into it.

Having the same issue. Have tried reinstalling the App as well as on a variety of browsers and platforms. Nothing working yet.
