MFP really knows how to suck! I have a paid subscription for Premium yet they have locked all the Premium add ons and keep asking me to upgrade....My advice, don't waste your money if you are thinking about an upgrade!! Problem after problem with MFP

I too am having problems. I upgraded to premium on web and can't access premium options. have also requested several reports and am not receiving them.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Our apologies but we are aware that Premium users are not receiving all time export reports from MyFitnessPal. We are currently investigating this issue and hope to have a fix in place as soon as possible. For now, you should be able to receive shorter timeframes to view recent data.

Any updates on the issue will be posted on our iOS, Android, and Web Known Issues pages:

If you are having an issue with any other Premium features, can you let me know which ones and let me know which browser you are using so we can take a closer look?
