TrainingPeaks Sync raimondodibella1 — Jan 14, 2019 11:53PM PST

I'm a Premium Member.
My calories stopped to sync from MyFitnessPal to TrainingPeaks (on the last 4,5 days). I tried to disconnect and reconnect my accounts but it didn't work.
I asked to TrainingPeaks support and this was the answer:
"Hello Raimondo,
Thank you for your email and I am sorry about this issue. This looks like to be a known issue recently on MyFitnessPal side.
MyFitnessPal site down
We recommend reaching out to them with any concerns. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved soon. Sorry for any inconvenience."
I have also a car open in MyFitnessPal support (case ID 1855017) but I am still waiting the answer.
Any help?

We identified the cause and have implemented a fix. Currently we are working through a backlog of sync requests, and it may take a few days for that backlog to fully process and sync requests to resume as normal. We do not recommend relinking at this time, as that will increase the backlog and may further delay the resolution.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. We recently has a server issue affecting the whole program. Please try relinking Training Peaks again and see if your data will start to sync by the end of the day.

If data between Training Peaks and MyFitnessPal is still not syncing correctly after relinking, then we would encourage you to contact Training Peaks directly. The way our API works, the partner program is responsible for sending us any data created within their program and for pulling out the data from within MyFitnessPal.

I have double checked and our API is currently running and data is moving between the two programs.

Hello, the trainings from TP are getting into my MFP diary, but not the other way around. I am not getting the meals into my Training Peaks. I tried to unlink and link accounts already... any other tips?

Same problem here. I have to talked to other people and they have no problems in getting MFP data into TrainingPeaks however, seems some users do.

I tried disconnecting and connecting again but still have the problem. When I go to TP and click on Update it just gives me "unknown error".

Reached out to the TP team but they claim the issues is on the MFP side:

"Thanks for your message and I do apologize for this issue. This appears to be a known issue on MyFitnessPal side.

While TrainingPeaks is still able to send your training data to your MyFitnessPal account, it can only process the nutritional data once MyFitnessPal has sent it to TrainingPeaks. I'd recommend reaching out to them directly with your concerns as we are only able to receive the nutritional data once it has been sent from MyFitnessPal. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved soon. "

MFP was saying yesterday that the issue was solved, when clearly it is not. Not only there is a problem with this, but it looks like they are having trouble with the servers, because I was not able to log in last night, and when I try to unlink my TP account it shows an error like "Cannot unlink at this time"... Please double check that everything is working before marking it as resolved?

I also am having this problem. No meal info to TP. Have de-linked and re-linked several times over the past few days with no luck. Note to MFP help line has also gone unanswered. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Now it works again (for me) and missing days in TrainingPeaks became slowly populated with calories information.
