My fitness pal is not syncing with my Training Peaks, I have disconnected and re connected the app, but no sync. I also used the Export Data option, but never received the link in my email?

Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to post your question and my apologies for any trouble. If data between Training Peaks and MyFitnessPal is still not syncing correctly after relinking, then we would encourage you to contact Training Peaks directly. The way our API works, the partner program is responsible for sending us any data created within their program and for pulling out the data from within MyFitnessPal.

I have double checked and our API is currently running and data is moving between the two programs.

Our apologies but we are aware that Premium users are not receiving all time export reports from MyFitnessPal. We are currently investigating this issue and hope to have a fix in place as soon as possible. For now, you should be able to receive shorter timeframes to view recent data.
