I enrolled in to The Mission Fitness Challenge! This 31-day squat, lunge and pushup plan.

How do I log the exercises each day?

Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. For the challenge, each workout consists of three exercises: squat, lunge, and push ups. Add an exercise, choose Strength, search for Squat, then add the number of repetitions you’ve completed. Repeat the process for Lunge then Push Up each day you workout.

To log an exercise, you can use the + on the Home Page and then select Exercise>Strength, or navigate to your Diary and select Add Exercise>Strength. Tap in the Search bar, type out the exercise, then tap Search or the magnifying glass (depending on your device) to search the database. Select the exercise, add in your reps and sets, then tap the Check Mark to save it to your Diary.

If you are having any issues, please let me know device you are using and the exact issue you are coming across. If you are having an issue with the exercise being recognized, please be sure that you are using the exercises listed under our Strength section named Squat, Lunge, and Push Up.

Unfortunately, I am having the same problem. I manual searched for each exercise and entered them under my strength category. You would think this program would make it easier since it's their challenge.

I thought it was just me. Do challenges usually have their own exercises you can use? Or do I have to add 3 separate lunge, squat, push-up exercises?

I am already behind but I can't figure out how many reps I am supposed to do of each. I was going to try and finish out the rest of the challenge.

I'm having the same problem. It cannot find Lunges under Strength nor under Cardio. I have tried it on your website and my ipad.
