Polar M400/Polar Flow Ehm1974 — Jan 16, 2019 10:45AM PST
I'm a returning user and I am using the Polar Flow app with my Polar M400 watch to track exercise. I have granted permissions both on this site and on the Polar Flow app so that the data can sync, but it's not syncing. What am I missing?

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Are you still having issues with the Polar integration? Currently I can see that the accounts are connected and that there is adjustment data for today. If you are still having issues, please do let us know.
