My correct user name is The wrong one is bassodgr... I can not get into my original one and when I try to correct the second one, the system won't let me, but sends me a note that basdodgr is already use. Yes, by me. Please remove the bassodgr. Thanks.

If you cannot get into your original account , in most cases, you should be able to reset your password and be reminded of your username (please note you should log in with your email address and password, not your username) as follows:

Tap “Forgot password” on the “Sign In” screen of the app.

Then, enter the email address associated with your account, an email will be sent to you containing your username and instructions to reset your password. Make sure you choose a password with a minimum of six characters. Please also make sure you check your spam folder if you have not received the email.

Once you have your password, you will need your Email address and your Password to log back into your account. You do not need your Username. Your Username will be for your reference only. When logging into your account, please make sure to put in the Email address associated with the account, and your Password.
