I am still having issues to see my premium subscription, both on the mobile app and the web app.
I purchased it through Apple, but I have already contacted them highlighting the problem and trying to solve it.
Now, as clear, this is an app issue and no-one has gotten back to me, yet even if I emailed twice.
Has anyone had the same issue as well? Can anyone from the support take into consideration my requests?
