app for ipad bearbearmao — Feb 08, 2019 03:58PM PST

I used to have myfitnesspal on my ipad. I deleted it. I would like to download it again. I am getting an error message from the app store saying myfitnesspal is not compatible with my ipad. Since it downloaded before I don't know why it won't download now. My ipad is Ver iOS 9.3.5. Thank you.

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble. The current version of the app, offered in the App Store, requires iOS 11.0 or later. You can check whether your iPad is able to update it’s iOS in the Settings app, then selecting General, followed by tapping Software Update. If you have previously synced your iPad with iTunes on your computer, there’s a chance that you could install/sync the the older version back onto your iPad. Please make sure that you have a current backup of your device before attempting any changes in iTunes.

If you are unable to update your iPad’s iOS and are unable to reinstall the old version of the app, you may still access your account via the website,, via your iPad’s web browser. Simply log in with the same username or email address and password that you use to access the app.

Warm Regards,
