Exercise adding to calorie total tonijonesttj — Feb 09, 2019 12:39PM PST
The input from fitbit exercise tracking seems to be now coming through as a negative calorie amount which is causing this calorie deficit to be added to food calories. Is there a fix in place for this?

Thanks for posting. Sorry for the trouble with your fitbit integration. When we view your account status we are currently seeing that your fitbit has reported 7007 steps and 1782 calories burned as of 7:01 pm. We are showing that you are receiving an adjustment for 228 calories for your tracked activity. Please follow up with us if you are not seeing the adjustment line on your end or if the amount reported by fitbit in your adjustment details does not match what is showing in your fitbit dashboard for the same time.
Keep in mind that the calorie adjustment is not showing your tracked exercise calories but rather how your fitbit total calorie burn for the day compares to our initial calculation for your day to day calorie burn, based on your profile info. This means that your adjustment line will show as 0 until you have earned the extra calories in the form of an adjustment. When you enable Negative Calorie adjustments, the adjustment line will go below 0, when your fitbit reports that you are less active than what we are initially calculated.
