Trying to CANCEL subscription! Duffy7777 — Feb 11, 2019 11:14AM PST

I have been trying for an hour or so to cancel my subscription to MyFitnessPal. I have called Under Armour, thinking the email came from them that my subscription was expiring, so I wanted to go ahead and cancel it. I have only been forwarded to a place that only has 2 options: renew for one month or renew for a year (which is what I did in March 2018). So now I want to cancel the subscription, but there is no option to cancel. Cancelling an app subscription should NOT be this difficult! It is like the company wants to make it hard for you to do it, so that you will keep subscribing...which is deceiving. Any help on cancelling my subscription would be very appreciative! V. Rogers

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. It looks like your subscription is through Apple. Subscriptions purchased via our iOS app are managed in your iTunes account controls. Please see this article from Apple to learn how to manage or cancel a recurring subscription (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039):

If you have any issues cancelling your subscription, please reach out to Apple directly at https://getsupport.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.action

Please note that is you are only seeing renewal options when looking at your iTunes subscriptions and do not see a cancel option, then you have most likely already cancelled your subscription.
