I need an immediate refund for two payments of $9.99. I never signed up for a premium account and after I was unexpectedly charged the first time, I wrote you a private message and never heard back. Then I was charged again and was unable to submit a private inquiry. I don't use this app and I don't know how this happened. I need an immediate refund for both payments
