Syncing with HealthMate (Withings Smart Scales) KrafftA — May 13, 2019 10:28AM PDT
I just connected MFP with the HealthMate app. However, the weight data from the HealthMate app (connected with a Withings Body+ scale) does not transfer to MFP. How can I resolve this issue?

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble. It should be sending them over once they’re connected, which we can see they’ve been on our end. The Healthmate app is an all day calorie tracking app. Even though you may only be using the smart scale, it could be running into a conflict with your Pacer app which is also an all day calorie tracker. We can test this by selecting Don’t Track Steps or by choosing Healthmate as your step source. Then you will wait to see if your next weight entry comes over tomorrow morning.
If you are still not seeing your wights making it over without Pacer possibly interfering, you might also try disconnecting and relinking the Healthmate app to see if that resolves the issue. Keep in mind that you may need to wait until your next weight entry, after relinking, to confirm. Previously unsynced entries are not expected to sync over when relinking the apps.
If the troubleshooting steps did not take care of it for you, you might also want to reach out to Healthmate support, as they would be responsible for pushing the weight entry our way.

Thanks, Logan. I will try switching Healthmate as the steps source and then check for syncing again tomorrow morning. The only issue I could see is that Healthmate pulls steps from Samsung Health rather than having an integrated pedometer, so hopefully this won't create a new conflict.
