Mail Notifications kcpond — May 15, 2019 08:23AM PDT

I have not recieved an email notification from MyFitnessPal in almost 2 weeks. I have tried changing my email address and then changing it back according to support document that I found but that has not helped anything. This appears to be a problem with a few other users as well. Any suggestions on fixing this.

I have not received any emails from myfitnesspal. I should be getting notifications when someone likes a post, when there is email for me or friend requests etc. I received emails when I tried to change my email account, but they came from Under Armour.

I am still not receiving email notifications. I know, I am also not the only one were this is an issue. So this issue is not resolved.

This does not mean that the ticket created for the trouble you are having has been resolved, only that this thread of correspondence has been completed.
