Can anyone tell me why myfitnesspal no longer works on my iPad?

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. What kind of not working is happening on your iPad? Is the app crashing when you try and open the app? Are you receiving an error when trying to login? Is the iPad not syncing with the website? Any additional details would help us understand what you are experiencing and will help us be able to triage this with you.

Additionally, if you would provide some general info, it may assist:
-What type of iPad do you have?
-What OS is installed on that device? (Settings app > About > version)
-What version of the MyFitnessPal app is installed? If you’re using the iOS apps, you can find this from the menu > Help > About Us, or from the login screen (bottom corner).
