ticker susangracie1 — May 19, 2019 03:11AM PDT

why doesnt my ticker work. It wont allow me to set it up on a personalised or a normal one. It comes up with a message with "there was a problem with this page" It aYs it has reported it to the team but nothing changes . I know my partner who started the same time as me is also having this issue.

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble. When attempting to replicate the issue on our end, we were able to change the ticker successfully. Please try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies to see if that helps. If not, You might also want to see if you are running any browser plug-ins or extensions. If so you could try disabling them one at a time to see if there is one that is affecting the ticker page.

If you are still haying trouble, it would be helpful to know which operating system you are running & its version, also which web browser you are using. If you have a moment to help us troubleshoot it, please also try using an alternate browser to see if the trouble follows you there or if it’s specific to the original browser.
