Magnesium mikecather1 — May 20, 2019 03:38PM PDT

I use the free version and it does now show how much magnesium is in my foods or supplements.

Does the premium (pay) version of the software display the magnesium content of foods and supplements? Is there a list of all micro nutrients the premium version displays?

We’re definitely considering adding native support for tracking additional vitamins and nutrients, as well as supplements, or medications. In the meantime, many users use the Notes area to record these additional items.

As an alternative, you can create a new Meal category called “Vitamins and Supplements”. You can then create a custom food entry in the food database to represent your vitamin or supplement, and log this item to your diary when you consume it.
