False weight d_ganggreen — May 31, 2019 05:38AM PDT

I have had a Fitbit Aria 2 scale for a while now and use it regularly to weigh in. Over the past week I noticed that my weight is not registering to the app. Additionally, there is a record each day set to 160lbs regardless of if I use the scale or not. It keeps recording this and I can't figure out where it is coming from or how to stop it.

Same here - my weight keeps jumping up to 160kg (!) and when I correct I get an error message

Our apologies for any issues with your connected Fitbit account. Yesterday at around 11:45am we noticed an issue with our Fitbit sync causing a problem which would affect the data syncing between your accounts.

Our team is currently investigating the cause of the issue. At this time some users will see no data syncing, while some may see some data syncing sporadically. We are working on resolving this for all members.

Hi Logan, same for me....but also, another change was if I lost .60 or anything from my last weigh in, it would show in my feed. This feature stopped a week or so ago. Gosh I counted on those oz changes.

I am showing that the last logged weight entry for your account was on June 2nd and can see a News Feed post for that weight entry appearing on your Profile page.

For the Fitbit issues, we have refreshed the Fitbit connection from our end. Can you revoke access from Fitbit’s end and see if that will help? To do this, log in at and click the gear icon, then Settings>Applications. Click Revoke Access for MyFitnessPal.

This should refresh your link on both sides, instead of just one. You can then link them again at

Once relinked, please be sure to set Fitbit as the Steps source once again.
