my tracker on my profile will not update with my progress cazgosox — Jun 01, 2019 02:28PM PDT

I tried to customize it and when it got to the very end it said there was a server error. I changed my goal weight to an interim goal instead of my total weight loss goal but it never updated it. The tracker on my profile also says that I have not lost any weight but it is reflecting properly on my home summary as losing 1 pound. Is this a known issue that is being worked on or do I need to submit a ticket or something? thanks

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble wit your weight loss ticker not updating. We are aware of an issue which is affecting users whose ticker privacy is set as being visible to Everyone. We’ve opened a ticket with our engineers and we’ll do what can to resolve it as soon as possible. In the meantime, you might try changing your ticker privacy to Myself Only, at least temporarily, to confirm that what you are experiencing is related to the known issue. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention and especially your patience as we’re looking into it.
