Not synching VonStrom — Jun 05, 2019 02:01PM PDT

So I have had the app connected to my fit bit for nearly a year and now it will not sync my steps.
I have searched through all the help posts and tried removing them and re adding and it still will not work

Please note: our featured post above continues to recommend not unlinking and relinking accounts, as this increases the load of sync requests that needs to process and may delay the resuming of Fitbit sync as normal.

For 3 days in a row I have not been able to complete my food diary from my mobile app. I hope you can get this problem fixed soon.
