Unable to "Complete Diary" russell_mike — Jun 09, 2019 05:20AM PDT

I have been unable to perform a "Complete Diary" for several days now, despite restarting my android Samsung S6 phone. I keep getting a message to use the online app instead. Any suggestions?

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. We are aware that users are receiving a server error when trying to complete their Diary in the Android app and that their entries are not syncing to the website. We are currently working on a resolution. We hope to have a fix in place as soon as possible.

For now, we would recommend using the website at https://www.myfitnesspal.com/ to make sure your entries are backed up to our servers. We will post any updates on the issue here
