Fitbit not syncing even after relink havalynd — Jun 11, 2019 10:31AM PDT

I waited to see if it would sync the last several days and nothing happened. So I followed the instructions here (https://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/articles/2976520-fitbit-sync-issues) and relinked my accounts and still when I try to sync via MFP on my phone it says "sync failed, try again later".

Have I lost all my data for the last few days? Will it still sync with my fitbit? It's super important to me to have this information work together and it's very frustrating to not see it happen/ potentially lose that data now.

Update: It will sync current steps but nothing for the past week. Why did you tell us not to relink when it could've potentially saved us the hassle of losing our steps?

It still also says "sync failed" when I attempt it, too.

It still refuses to sync, despite restarting, relinking, unlinking, etc. It shows I have 552 steps but does not adjust that to exercise on my screen. (goal - food + exercise = remaining, the exercise is 0 despite steps shown on the 10k progress bar.

What do I do to make this app work properly again? Syncing manually does not work. I've deleted and redl'd the app, I've restarted my device, tried from a desktop computer... what else can be done?

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. I can see that the accounts have been successfully relinked and that steps and adjustment data are syncing between the accounts. Unfortunately, data from the time of the issue will most likely not sync across the accounts, but data from your relink and onwards should.
