My ticker is not changing. Followed directions on the Help page, but it just resets. Five0Six — Jul 02, 2019 10:07AM PDT
I read the page "My profile, ticker or weight loss graph is not reflecting my actual weight loss" from the search bar and followed the instructions.
But there is no visible option for Click "Update your weight data", as suggested in the help page.
Taking the other set of instructions from that help page, I backtrack through the Check-in menu, edit the previous entry, and while that updates my weight lost on my profile, it does not update my ticker.
Since there is no option to be rid of the ticker, I would like to know what to do to make this work. Or am I stuck with a permanently unmoving ticker?
