Bug not getting fixed lostinwebspace — Sep 07, 2019 06:21AM PDT

Is anyone else getting their diary defaulted to the Frequent tab no matter what their setting says? It's been 1.5 months, but the tech team hasn't fixed it, and I'm losing hope that they will. Anyone else, or is it just me?

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble. Would you please let us know which platform you are using, i.e. the website, the iOS app, or the Android app. Please also tell us the exact steps that you are taking so we can replicate them on our end.

If you are using the website, please also let us know the following: What type of device you are using (mobile or a computer), which version of its operating system it is running, and which web browser you are using. If you have a moment to help us troubleshoot it, please also try using an alternate browser to see if the trouble follows you there or if it’s specific to the original browser.

If you are using the app, please let us know: what model device you have, which version of its operating system its running, and which version of the app is currently installed.
