Sync issue with fitbit or Samsung health sssharifi429 — Sep 07, 2019 07:06AM PDT

Using Samsung S8 Active with latest updates. Since last Saturday MyFitnessPal stopped syncing with both of these apps. Is this a known issue and is there any solution?

Thanks for posting. Sorry for the trouble with your integrations. When we view your account status we are currently seeing that your step source is currently set as fitbit, which has reported 12,704 steps and 1,818 calories burned as of 6:26 pm. We are showing that you are receiving an adjustment for 0 calories since your tracked calorie burn has not yet exceeded what we are already giving you credit for, based on your profile info. Please follow up with us if you are not seeing the adjustment line on your end or if the amount reported by fitbit in your adjustment details does not match what is showing in your fitbit dashboard, at the time of the next sync.
