Export Data - Not working jmorgannz — Sep 09, 2019 07:03PM PDT
For more than six months I have been trying to export my data.
The site always acts like I haven't been verified (even though I have, and have received exports in the past) - it shows the green 'Send Verification Email' button.
When I click it, it says 'Email Sent!' then quickly 'Failed to send verification email'
I have to say, for a paid service I am finding my fitness pal to be a pretty shoddy outfit.
The website is antiquated. There is no API. The phone app is glitchy as hell, with sync issues meaning when you copy food from one day to another, or add/remove food, it sometimes doesn't remove, or re-appears doubling up.
Then there's the issue of the app forcing you back to the main blog page as a default.
I couldn't care less about the MFP blog. The app exists for me to log food, why can't it default to the diary page.
As you can tell, I am one frustrated user.
At the moment, I just want to be able to export my data so I can use tools that actually work to look at it.

If you receive the email and get your email address verified, please try sending an export again and see if it will now go through.
