Cannot access premium features after purchase esarrattjr — Sep 10, 2019 07:00AM PDT

Has anyone else encountered the issue of not being able to access the premium features after purchase? I cannot access the upgrade; even though, it shows that i have upgraded my account. I have deleted/re-installed the app, logged out/in again multiple times, attempted to purchase the upgrade again, tried logging in from Ipad, iphone, and hp laptop to no avail. I've submitted multiple helpdesk requests via email and submitted requested information, but I have not received a response yet. I would appreciate any help to get this resolved if you have experienced the same issue.
