Fitbit Link/sync saraharmstrong4 — Sep 10, 2019 10:34PM PDT

I have had MyFitnessPal for years, and have had a Fitbit for the last few. I've recently tried to sync my fitbit to MyFitnessPal and both state they're already linked, even though I've never linked either, and I cannot unlink them no matter what I do. I've even gone so far as to delete MyFitnessPal account in order to just start fresh. I've tried several of the trouble shooting options given here to no avail. I'm also trying to link both to an app called NOOM, and it's not even an option there. Any help getting these things to work would be awesome! Thanks!

Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Can you try going to https://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps/show/30 and see if you can unlink them there? Once completed, you can revoke access from Fitbit’s end as well. To do this, log in at www.fitbit.com and click the gear icon, then Settings>Applications. Click Revoke Access for MyFitnessPal.

For NOOM, we definitely plan on adding more integration partners to our program in the future. At this time, we do not know who those partners will be, but we will definitely take your recommendation into consideration when we do. May we also recommend that you contact them as well and let them know you would be interested in having them integrate with us?
