Negative adjustments for fitbit users vivianwlau — Feb 03, 2014 10:02AM PST

I have been doing some research and couldn't find any answer. My daily goal for normal activity in MFP is 1610 cal/day. The calorie expended count on one of my non-active days (no exercise logged) from Fitbit is about 1700 cal.

I wear Fitbit constantly and sync throughout the day but I am not sure if I would benefit from enabling negative adjustment. If I feel that fitbit provides a more accurate count should I leave it on or off?
