If a password reset email you are expecting to receive has not been delivered, please check the contents of your email account's spam folder. In some cases, you may need to access your email provider's web mail interface to locate your spam. Additionally, we recommend that you add no-reply@myfitnesspal.com to your contacts as the email will come from this address. Please note the email will also say Under Armour.
