If the issue you're reporting is listed below, it's on our radar and under investigation. Where appropriate, we will note any temporary workarounds, and update the article as more information is available. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by these issues. In all cases, a fix is in the works.

If your issue is not listed below, please first try to unlink and relink the two programs, as this often resolves unexpected issues. ​If that doesn't resolve things, please send us an email about the issue so we can address it!


Bug: Unable to link MFP and Garmin Connect from either side. PT-531
Bug: Unable to disconnect fitbit from MyFitnessPal side from within the apps. SERVS-5106
              Workaround:  Unlink via the website.  Apps tab > Your Apps > select Fitbit > Disconnect
Bug: Notification for completed cardio exercise not posting in user's news feed. HTML-3929
Bug: Multiple iOS adjustment lines in Diary when individual exercise is logged. IOS-9612

Fixed: Walgreens and MyFitnessPal undergoing temporary integration work.  Work has completed.
Fixed: Misfit exercise stopped syncing 7/27-7/31. Sync is back to normal. PT-514
Fixed: Steps/adjustment data not syncing from steps partners.  Please see this article for more details. SERVS-5005
Fixed: Weight entries not transferring from Withings/Nokia to MyFitnessPal. Update was released and you should now be able to link Withings/Nokia HealthMate on the web and apps
