Fitbit Data Not Syncing - FIXED

Our apologies for the trouble with not seeing data from Fitbit sync to your MyFitnessPal account.  

Starting around 5am PST on Monday the 9th, members may have stopped seeing Fitbit data sync to their account. We addressed that original issue, and sync requests began processing again as of about 9:15am PST.  

Unfortunately, on the morning of September 12th, we started seeing this issue again, as well as users seeing an error when trying to link or unlink their Fitbit account. 

​These issues should now be fixed and data should be syncing once again. If you are still experiencing any issues, please reach out to us here.
