When I tapped myfitnesspal app it asked for my login (even though I always stay logged in) went through a "synchronizing data" mode and dumped all of my data. I have a blank account. Calories are wrong, shows no weight lost, no friends, day 2 of logging in, I have been logging in since September. I have premium. It shows regular account. Is the app going through something or what could possibly have happened?

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble. It sounds like there may have been a second account created inadvertently at some point. If you have more than one email address that you currently use please try following the forgot password flow on the log in screen, or by clicking here. Please try any additional email address(es) to see if there is more than one active account. If so please log into the additional account(s) to see if it contains your missing account history.
