Diary missing now?! jezzywolfe — Jul 19, 2019 10:28AM PDT

I opened MyFitnessPal to log food, but I cannot access the screen that allows me to do so. It will only take me to a summary page for the day that does not allow for any input. It is bad enough that my Fitbit hasn't synced IN MONTHS, but I have absolutely NO use for this app if I can't even use the food diary. What is going on?!

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble. Would you please let us know if the issue is occurring in both landscape and portrait view. The app is not intended to be bale to log food when viewing the summary in landscape.

If you are experiencing it in portrait as well, please also let us know which platform you are using, i.e. the website, the iOS app, or the Android app. Please also tell us the exact steps that you are taking so we can replicate them on our end.

If you are using the website, please try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies to see if that helps. If not, it would be helpful to know the following: What type of device you are using (mobile or a computer), which version of its operating system it is running, and which web browser you are using. If you have a moment to help us troubleshoot it, please also try using an alternate browser to see if the trouble follows you there or if it’s specific to the original browser.

If you are using the app, please try force quitting and reopening it. If still seeing the behavior, the next step would be to uninstall and reinstall the app. If neither has resolved the issue, please let us know: what model device you have, which version of its operating system its running, and which version of the app is currently installed.
