App does not open. pgoodman823 — Aug 05, 2019 12:42PM PDT

I've had the Premium version for my Android app well over a month now. When I try to open the app for the second or third time in a day, it won't open. All I get is the spinning circle and "please wait...". About half the time the app opens after a minute or two of spinning, otherwise it just keeps spinning. Removing and reinstalling the app has no effect. Restarting the phone resets the app but that should not be the fix. Or is it?

Would you please also let us know what model android you have, which version of the android operating system its running, and which version of the MyFitnessPal app is currently installed? Lastly, please tell us if whether it would be okay if we attempt to access your account in order to replicate the issue on a test device.
