No exercise calories synced despite fitbit steps recording 3791chu — Aug 07, 2019 08:29AM PDT

For a period of around a month, MFP is no longer recording calories gained from steps from my Fitbit (inspire). The steps are recorded and shown under Exercise in MFP but calories are always 0.
I've been through the frequently asked questions, I've disconnected both, revoked access on fitbit, done it from a laptop through web browsers rather than the Apps, but nothing makes a difference.
I have no issues with data from Strava showing as calories earned after bike rides, its just the fitbit that isn't recognised?

Hi there,

We are seeing a step count and calorie adjustment for today from Fitbit. Are you still having an issue? If so, please let us know a day this issue occurred on so we can take a closer look?

Cheers,

Hi 3791chu,

Thanks for getting back to us with the additional information. When we view your account status we are currently seeing that your fitbit has reported 10,041 steps and 2546 calories burned as of 11:59 pm. We are showing that you are receiving an adjustment for 0 calories since your tracked calorie burn has not yet exceeded what we are already giving you credit for, based on your profile info. Please follow up with us if you are not seeing the adjustment line on your end, or if the amount reported by fitbit in your adjustment details does not match what is showing in your fitbit dashboard, at the time of the next sync.
