Premium features are not available Pluuberry — Aug 16, 2019 10:18PM PDT

Hi, I subscribed to One Year Plan of myFitnessPal last year and it expires on Oct, 14, 2019 of this year. The app automatically logged me out and when I logged into the app today, only the basic features are made available to me. I don't get any of the premium features. Please fix this ASAP

Hey thanks for posting your question. When we view the status of the account associated with this username, we are currently not seeing a Premium subscription attached to it. Is the subscription linked with another account possibly?
