Weight lost showing as 0 kclareq857 — Aug 27, 2019 11:28AM PDT

On the home page, my weight loss is showing as "0", despite losing 14 lbs and checking those weights in. I checked my previous weigh ins and they are all correct.

Hey thanks for posting your question. We are happy to help you with this. While your newsfeed will show you weight loss between weigh ins, the weight loss ticker displayed below your profile picture on your Home page is only looking at overall weight loss from your start date to now. When viewing your account, we are seeing a starting weight is lower than your current weight. If either of these entries are incorrect you may go back and edit them.

If you’d like to change your starting weight and date you may do so via the goals tab in the app or the Check-In tab on the website.

If you would like to preserve all of your historical weight data and simply update your weight loss ticker to reflect a new goal, please see this article: http://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/articles/237365

We hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any other problems or questions. We wish you all the success in reaching and maintaining your weight management and fitness goals.

Kind Regards,
Logan
