Fitbit not Syncing to MyFitnessPal because...... stacyboutilier — Sep 11, 2019 10:46AM PDT

It seems my account was taken over a while back which I never received any resolve with it. I have been off and on of my account over the years.
I have tried to sync my Fitbit to my account however it keeps saying that another account is using this Fitbit… How do I resolve all of this.. I want to stay focussed and motivated however this is stressful.

Thanks for posting. Sorry for any difficulty with relinking your accounts. Would you please provide your fitbit ID# so we may try a search with that on our end? Steps to get user ID#
1. Log in to Fitbit.com and click on your profile photo.
2. This will take you to your Fitbit.com Profile and now copy the URL from your browser’s address field and paste it in the email reply

your fitbit ID will look something like this: www.fitbit.com/user/1234A
